This October 8–10, Chef Travis heads to Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal for Festival of Flavors, bringing the cooking of Callie and Fleurette south for a weekend where California, the Mediterranean and Baja meet.

Journey to the heart of Italy’s legendary wine country through an intimate tasting experience celebrating the elegance, heritage, and craftsmanship of Piedmont. Led by Fabio Bosio of Fontanafredda.
