Flavors of the Sun Guest Chef Aaron Bludorn


Join us in welcoming James Beard nominated Chef Aaron Bludorn, one of Chef Travis’s best friends going back to when they cooked together under Chef Gavin Kaysen and Chef Daniel Boulud at Cafe Boulud in NYC.  

Aaron went on to become Executive Chef at Michelin-Starred Cafe Boulud before moving to Houston where he opened his premiere restaurants Bludorn and Navy Blue.  In 2023, Navy Blue was recognized as one of "Best New Restaurants in America" by Robb Report.

The two-night special event will celebrate the Texas Gulf Coast Cuisine of his restaurants with an emphasis on the bounty of shellfish, seafood, and Texas Bandera Quail. Bon Apetit! We are very excited for this one!
